Overview:
Oliver Connell & Son ltd were appointed to carry out early enabling works and sewer diversions, followed by a capping beam with 12,000m3 bulk dig to basement and multi-block RC Frame above as well as a large area 2-storey commercial space to receive a multi-storey steelwork frame. For our client, the release of the works area for the steel structure was the critical path for the scheme which provided a logistical challenge for OC delivery team which was achieved through careful planning and working closely with all project stakeholders.
