Scope of works: Oliver Connell & son ltd were initially appointed to construct 4 new tower blocks within the Acton Gardens development, following the success of this scheme OCS were able continue our works on the next phase of the works within the same development. The scope of works consisted of OCS carrying out all groundworks and RC Frames as well as the 278 and hard landscaping works for the scheme. OCS utilised our jump form system for the higher blocks within the scheme in order to provide the most efficient programme for our client.
