Oliver Connell & Son Limited are specialists in all forms of Basement Construction and work closely with our clients prior to construction in determining the use of the basement, analysing all soil conditions, checking water table heights and the need for waterproofing. This helps to determine the form of construction we can work with, within the budget and to keep within the clients programme.

The basement division has developed expertise to undertake any size of basement construction with Innovate construction methodology and construction techniques. This has allowed us to execute new engineering, construction and underpinning methods, to maximize space.

We also have vast experience in the design and installation of temporary works during the construction of basements.
