Oliver Connell maintain an accredited and highly skilled workforce with the relative security clearances that enable us to operate both Airside and Landside and undertake works up to a project value of £10m.

We have extensive experience in working around live services and the installation of new RC Pit and Duct systems as well as conventional construction activities covering full sub-structure packages including RC Foundations, retaining walls, deep drainage, culverts, and PQ concrete.

Recently we have undertaken substantial road surfacing packages covering both the Northern and Southern perimeter road networks around Heathrow with works typically being carried out under restricted working hours and lane closures.
