Scope of works: Oliver Connell & Son Ltd were appointed to carry out a 20,000m3 bulk dig to the basement and multi-block RC Frame above as part of the current phase of works within the Brentford Regeneration Scheme.

Oliver Connell & Son Ltd and our client recognised that the scheme required detailed planning from an early stage, to provide the most cost effective solution to prop the basement, whilst allowing the RC Frame works to proceed. Also to minimise our impact on the local area and businesses whilst a large part of their High Street is being re-landscaped. It is this early stage involvement and attention to detail that lead to the project being a success for both Oliver Connell & Son Ltd and our client.
