Scope of works:
This project was carried out in Kensington Church Street which was logistically very difficult to manage. Oliver Connell were allowed deliveries during two short periods during the day. Our works on this project consisted of a capping beam, double basement, ground floor slab plus a 6 storey lift shaft core in the middle of the project.
