Overview:
Oliver Connell & son ltd were appointed to carry out a 20,000m3 bulk dig to basement and multi-block RC Frame above as part of the current phase of works within the Brentford regeneration scheme. OCS and our client recognised that the scheme required detailed planning from an early stage to provide the most cost effective solution to prop the basement whilst allowing the RC frame works to proceed and minimise our impact on the local area and business whilst a large part of their high street is being relandscaped. It is this early stage involvement and attention to detail that has lead to the project being a success for both OCS and our client.
